Shipping


SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping for all purchases over $99, within the Continental U.S. only. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate $5 shipping fee. All deliveries go through FedEx Ground. The free shipping does not apply to 2 Day, Next Day, USPS, APO shipments, or items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.

Domestic Shipping: (excluding Puerto Rico/Alaska/Hawaii): All in stock orders are shipped via FedEx and should be received within 3–10 business days. Please note ship times on product pages for more specific details.

Express Delivery: If you need delivery sooner, please use the contact us feature above inquire about express shipping. Applicable fees will apply.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Please place your order and we will email you any shipping fees over $20.

APO/FPO: Unfortunately we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Canada and Overseas: Unfortunately we cannot ship car seats overseas due to the extremely high shipping costs involved to do so. We may be able to ship certain car seats to Canada, please call us for more information and pricing if you are needing a car seat shipped to Canada.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

* If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please use the contact us feature above and we'll remedy the situation.

* We accept returns for 30 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that don't have our return label on the package. Please contact us to request an electronic return shipping label to be emailed to you.
* You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged. Original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.

* If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If it isn't in new condition you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.

  • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches over six inches.
  • E-100%
  • Any significant bends, breaks or damage, or anything that affects the functionality of the item.
