Please remember that the safest place for a child is in a 5-point harness car seat, unfortunately there inevitably comes a time when all children outgrow even the largest 5-point harness car seat.  At this point in time is where a Booster Seat is the best choice to keep your child safe in the car.  Children need to be in a booster and should not ride with only the seatbelt  until they are at least 4'9" tall and can pass this 5-step test.  We only recommend using a booster seat if your child has outgrown the largest 5-point harness car seat available and does not yet pass the 5-step test. 

Furthermore, we only recommend and sell booster seats that can tethered to your vehicle to prevent it from tipping and sliding around.
